Q: Do you ship to my door?
A: Yes! We provide shipping options Australia wide through services such as Australia Post, TNT and Toll Express.

Q: Can I use my own choice of Courier for delivery?
A: Yes, provided that you have your courier account number, we are able to deliver your order through the courier of your preference.

Q. What are the payment options available?
A: We accept Cash, Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.

Q: I am having difficulty placing an order. What should I do?
A:  If you are having difficulty with your order, please contact one of stores between 8:30am - 5pm on weekdays or 8:30am - 1:30pm on Saturday. You can also visit us in store where our sales representatives can assist you.

Q: Is there anywhere I can access your product catalogue?
A: Yes, you can download a digital version of our catalogue by going to the “Homepage” of our website and clicking on the catalogue Icon below.

Q: How long does it take to dispatch my order?
A: All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. If there are any delays, you will be promptly notified.

Q: Do you do express shipping?
A: Yes, we do overnight express shipping.

Q: Are you able to customize my order?
A: Speak to one of our Sales Representatives who will be able to assist you with any requests or enquiries regarding custom orders.
